E.piphany appoints Licence as director of global services

Customer relationship management solutions provider, E.piphany has appointed Andrew Licence to the role of director, global services for Asia Pacific.

With more than 14 years experience in the IT industry, Licence will be responsible for leading the company's global services division throughout the region.

He will focus on working with E.piphany's strategic implementation partners and customers.

Previously Licence held a number of executive positions, most recently at Compaq where he was director, professional services for the South Pacific region.

Licence has also worked at Digital Equipment Corporation and Lexmark.

His qualifications include postgraduate studies through Harvard Business School and George Washington University, and he also studied architecture at the University of NSW.
