Westpac has added Windows Phone support for its mobile banking service, the company said. The service already supported Android and Apple devices.
Support for Windows will add to the 1.4 million customers actively using the Westpac mobile banking, said the bank’s online & mobile general manager, Harry Wendt.
Windows mobile banking is available starting Saturday, 1 Sept. The app supports Windows smartphones running operating system versions 7.5 and higher.
Customers can access mobile banking by pointing mobile browsers to the official Westpac website.
