Telstra adds more Fox Sports channels to T-Box

Fans have a choice of Fox Sports 1, 2 and 3. Plus, a new motorsports channel to come in April.

Foxtel on T-Box subscribers with a hankering for sports have more channels to choose from today as Fox Sports 1, 2 and 3 have been added to the roster.

In addition, Telstra will be launching a 24/7 motorsports channel called Speed in April 2013.

This adds to the existing T-Box line up of AFL Footy Play, Footy Play Plus, ESPN, ESPN2 and EuroSport channels.

A Telstra spokeswoman said that the Sports Play channel, which was a substitute for Fox Sports, will be removed.

“Existing customers who have Sports and Fox Sports AFL packages will now save $5 per month and get additional Fox Sports 1, 2, 3 and Speed channels,” she said in a statement.

"Normally, Sport is $10 a month and the AFL pack is $20 a month --a total of $30."

From 24th April 2013, it will be $25 per month for both new and existing customers.
