Car dealers need a parking lot in cyberspace, says e-business services company Electronic Data Systems.
EDS and IBM have partnered to provide Internet access and e-mail capability specifically designed for automotive dealerships in the United States, EDS said Tuesday in a press release.
The service will connect automotive dealer employees to the Internet with firewall security, provide remote-access e-mail and help dealers to create Web pages, EDS said. Price ranges were not disclosed.
