Another purchase from Solution 6

Solution 6 is rumoured to be on the verge of announcing its second acquisition for the week.

The accounting software company's $40 million acquisition of legal information provider Lawpoint from Telstra announced yesterday is not yet finalised, but insiders say a further acquisition will be announced before tomorrow.

The spending binge started in August when it acquired accounting software group CMS/Data for $46 million.

Solution 6 shares were suspended from trading on the ASX earlier today.
