TechnologyOne hires CRM general manager

Local cloud software provider appointed Nick Davey as its first CRM general manager

Local cloud software provider TechnologyOne has appointed customer relationship management (CRM) specialist, Nick Davey, as its first CRM general manager.

Davey is the first permanent appointment as it is a new role which was been overseen by the executive management team.

In addition to developing the company’s CRM offerings, he will be responsible for expanding the customer base in TechnologyOne’s target markets.

His previous role was lead strategist and business architect for Brisbane City Council’s Customer Experience Transformation (CET) project.

Originally from the United Kingdom, he owned his own CRM consulting business there before emigrating to Australia.

In a statement, Davey said his decision to move to TechnologyOne was based on the company’s reputation as a leader in the industry and its CRM software.

TechnologyOne executive chairman, Adrian Di Marco, said that it chose someone who could ensure that its offerings continue to meet customers’ evolving needs.
