ISI acquires local developer Sentor

Local Lotus Notes developer Sentor Communications has been acquired by Independent Systems Integrators (ISI) for an undisclosed amount.

The deal, which was finalised late last year, will boost ISI's Notes and e-commerce expertise. ISI is an IBM mainframe business partner.

Eight Sentor staff have relocated to ISI's North Sydney premises. The business will continue to operate under its own name and will be headed up by Rob Tesoriero.

Sentor clients include NSW's RTA, RAMS Home Loans and Australian Water Technology.
