The $US108 per share hostile takeover bid Computer Associates International (CA) filed for Computer Sciences Corp (CSC) expired last month.The CSC board voted to reject the offer and CSC executives made it clear that they were not interested in selling the company to CA. Both companies have filed lawsuits related to the takeover attempt.
