ETT seeks legal action against IPStar

Alleges IPStar Australia broke terms of their agreement

ETT Limited (ASX: ETT) has applied to the Supreme Court of NSW, alleging their partners IPStar have attempted to inappropriately terminate a definitive agreement both companies had agreed to.

ETT had been operating as the National Service Operator for the Thaicom4 broadband Internet satellite service under exclusive license from IPStar Australia.

Today, ETT advised the ASX that following legal advise it had petitioned the NSW Supreme Court yesterday seeking redress.

The beleaguered company also lost their CEO at the end of March.
