Reserve Bank ditches paper systems for admin

Upgrading payment process to PeopleSoft

The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is looking to automate its procure-to-pay processes as part of the work being undertaken to modernise its administrative systems.

This involves replacing the current paper-based manual arrangements with electronic processing, implementing financial software system PeopleSoft and acquiring an invoice scanning device.

A vendor with PeopleSoft purchasing, eProcurement and expenses module experience is needed. They will need to demonstrate five years of PeopleSoft implementation.

The RBA will consider a part response to provide only software, implementation services or an invoice scanning solution.

The deadline for replies is Wednesday, 20 October.
