Board changes at TSV, Connxion, Silex

Technology companies TSV Holdings (ASX:TSH), Connxion (ASX:CXN) and Silex (ASX:SIU) have all made changes to their boards

Technology companies TSV Holdings (ASX:TSH), Connxion (ASX:CXN) and Silex Systems (ASX:SIU) on Friday all announced changes to their respective boards.

TSV Holdings, which designs, manufactures and distributes communications equipment, appointed Jason D'Arcy to its board as its finance director.

D'Arcy joined TSV in March 2004 as CFO and company secretary. He was previously CFO and company secretary of waste management company Baxter Group (delisted) and healthcare and biotech company Cellestis Limited (ASX:CST).

He replaces Robert Gray, who is resigning as an executive director but will maintain his holding in the company.

Data and transaction services company Connxion Limited said its independent director, Greg Pynt, has resigned effective immediately. Connxion plans to replace Pynt with a new external candidate, yet to be chosen.

Silex Systems, which has solar power, laser isotope separation and test and measurement units, has appointed Steve Burdon to the board's audit and remuneration committees.

Burdon was hired as an independent non-executive director of Silex on 14 February.

TSH shares stayed flat during Friday's trading at $0.040, CXN fell 10 per cent to $0.009, and SLX grew 0.22 per cent to $4.510.
