iiNet also recently released 4G plans for small and medium businesses

iiNet has launched 4G plans starting from $15 per month on a non-contract basis.

iiNet’s 4G plans will operate on the Optus network and will include:

• $15 per month for 200MB of data and $200 of included value
• $30 per month for 1.5GB and $500 of included value and SMS to all mobiles in Australia
• $45 per month for 3GB and $800 of included value, including SMS to all mobiles in Australia and mobile calls to other iiNet mobiles
• $60 per month for 3GB and all national, local, voice and video calls to any network, national SMS and MMS, calls to 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers and voicemail

Excess usage charges are 5c per MB.

iiNet also recently released 4G plans for small and medium businesses, with a $14.95 plan including 200MB.

Consumer advocates have warned mobile users to beware of cheap 4G plans that might lead to bill shock. Other similar plans include a $9 4G plan from Vaya with 100MB data and a $20 4G plan from Exetel including 200MB.
