Iain Blacklaw has been appointed to the position of vice president of service delivery for information technology services provider EDS. Blacklaw replaces Louis Ivey, who is returning to the US for an executive role within EDS.
Blacklaw was previously director of operations for EDS Asia Pacific south and has worked as director of financial services for SAP Asia Pacific, as well as holding a senior management position with the Westpac Banking Corporation.
At Westpac Blacklaw was responsible for the retail back-end operations including customer call centres, lending centres and cheque processing operations, as well as chairing the information technology steering committee.
