Suncorp Bank apologises for credit card rewards platform disruption

Platform offline as a result of system maintenance, says bank

Suncorp Bank is working to get its credit card rewards platform back online following maintenance to its credit card system.

“While the [system] enhancements will improve the experience for our customers, unfortunately the credit card rewards platform service is experiencing disruptions,” said a bank spokesperson.

“We apologise for the inconvenience to our customers.”

The bank tweeted today that its team is working to have the platform back online “as soon as possible.”

On March 22, Suncorp Bank tweeted that a system upgrade was disrupting credit cards services.

All systems were meant to be back online by 6am AEST, the bank wrote at the time.
