ASG signs $15m in new contracts

Company inks deals with Boral, State Super Financial Services

ASG Group (ASX: ASZ) has signed a three year contract with State Super Financial Services in NSW for the delivery of cloud services.

ASG will be delivering a “scalable and cost effective solution” as the super firm implements a more agile IT structure over the next three years. The company will also be adopting ASG’s utility based pricing model.

In addition, ASG has signed a deal with Boral to re-engineer the company’s financial reporting through the implementation of financial analytics solutions.

Based on an Oracle platform, the system will include informatics and analytics capabilities. The two contracts are worth $15 million.

In May, the company signed an $18 million contract with the Department of Communications to adopt ASG's secure government cloud platform.

ASG said the five-year contract with the department would open opportunities for other federal agencies to adopt the 'New World Secure Government Cloud Service'.

The move to the consumption-based model for IT services "is an example of this department being a leader in innovation by being the first to adopt this technology," the department's secretary, Drew Clarke, said at the time.
