Enterprise software provider Knosys Limited will list on the ASX tomorrow.
The vendor’s software platform provides a multi-device consolidated view of an organisation’s information sources.
The platform is delivered via the cloud or on-premise as software-as-a-service with an opex cost model.
The company raised $4 million by issuing of 20 million shares at $0.20, for a market cap at listing of $15 million.
Knosys counts among its customers one of the big four banks and its channel partners include Singtel Optus.
“The board of Knosys is pleased to transition into a listed company and has worked very hard over recent months to reach this key company milestone,” said Knosys founder and executive director Gavin Campion.
“We have been delighted to attract new executives of the calibre of Ashley Gall as CEO and Stephen Kerr as CFO,” he said in a statement.
“We believe we are well placed and wholly focused on driving business growth through our existing and future local and international channel partners.”
