Inabox Group (ASX: IAB) has appointed former Telstra Digital general manager Chris Ford as its new CTO.
He replaces Michael Clarke who is leaving the IT industry to pursue new interests. Clarke had been in the CTO role since July 2014.
At Telstra, Ford was responsible for a $150 million digital transformation program to improve the sales and service delivery channels to customers while reducing operational costs, Inabox said.
“My focus for 2016 is to build on the foundations Michael Clarke laid for the data and voice platforms and create a technology roadmap for the company that will deliver the best value for our combined voice, data, cloud and managed services brands,” Ford said in a statement.
Inabox Group CEO Damian Kay said Ford brings a wealth of experience and knowledge
from previous roles with Telstra and Alcatel Lucent.
