TPG today launched a range of National Broadband Network bundles combining Internet access and voice that are targeted at small businesses.
The plans start at $69.99 per month for an 'up to' 12Mbps connection with unlimited data and pay as you go calls. TPG says its ‘headline’ plan is $89.99 per month for an up to 25Mbps connection with unlimited data, and unlimited national and local calls.
The plans go up to the top NBN speed category of 100Mbps, and the telco’s top tier plans include unlimited calls to mobiles
All plans include a Wi-Fi modem and a static IP.

“TPG is well seasoned in delivering services to small businesses using fibre optic and Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) technology on our own infrastructure,” TPG COO Craig Levy said in a statement.
“With the NBN rollout rapidly increasing, TPG's coverage has widened and therefore more small businesses are able to take advantage of our competitive offering.”
TPG yesterday released its results for the first half of FY16.
The telco recorded a 90 per cent increase in net profit after tax for the first half of FY16 compared to 1H15. NPAT was $202.5 million for the six months to 31 January.
The results included revenue of $496.9 million from TPG’s subsidiary iiNet.
At the end of the half TPG’s consumer division had 863,000 broadband subscribers (in addition to iiNet’s 989,000 subscribers). Seventy-eight thousand of those TPG customers were connected via the NBN, while iiNet had 116,000 NBN customers.
TPG added 34,000 NBN customers in the first half.
