DSI announces MD for Asia Pacific

Data Systems International has announced Mark Delzoppo as Managing Director for the Asia Paicifc region. Delzoppo, previously director of operations, will begin the role from December this year and takes the helm vacated by John Martens, who held the MD position for the last five years.

Martens will stay on as Chairman of the DSI Asia Pacific board.

DSI intends to make an internal appointment for the director of consulting position from their US team.

Senior Vice President of International Operations, John Adams, said Delzoppo's existing relationships with DSI Asia Pacific clients, partners and personnel give him a quick start in the new role.

"DSI is looking forward to its next phase in Asia Pacific with Mr Delzoppo in the broader role of managing director," Adams said.

"While we have been very fortunate over the past five years to benefit from John Martens' wealth of experience in the industry and his reputation within the world of Wireless Data is unparalleled and he is held in very high regard across the Asia Pacific region. "DSI will continue to benefit from his experience."

DSI are a provider of wireless data collection technology within the supply chain.
