NetComm strikes supply deal with Telstra

NetComm to supply $10.5 million in telecommunications equipment

NetComm Australia (ASX: NTC) will soon be supplying Telstra with around AUD$10.5 million worth of telecommunications equipment.

The deal is the first since both parties signed a non-binding supply agreement about the provision of broadband routers early in May.

According to NetComm the parts from this original sale will go towards fulfilling the channel pipeline.

NetComm expects that there will be further product supply agreements in the near future, and predicts the agreements will have a beneficial effect on the company's future revenues and the value of NetComm stock.
