Mobileactive expecting prosperous financial year results

Mobile content provider Mobileactive (ASX: MBA) is expecting a very profitable 2007-08 financial year, and predicts that matters will only improve as the Australian WAP content market expands.

The company estimates that revenue has increased by 23% for this financial year. EBITDA, at around $1.5 million, will also have increased by 35% over the period.

According to Mobileactive predictions, by 2009 the number of Australian mobile users accessing Internet content and services through their mobile will grow to 9 million, compared to the 2 million consumers from 2007.

Mobileactive offers WAP content such as games and other digital content. The company receives around 50% of the revenue from every sale.
