AusBBS launches unlimited NBN plans

Australian Broadband Services (AusBBS) has released unlimited National Broadband Network (NBN) plans.
AusBBS is offering three unlimited NBN plans -- $90 per month on 25Mbps, $100 per month on 50Mbps and $110 per month on 100Mbps.
“Traditional Internet plans that allow a certain amount of data usage per month just aren't suitable for many people using the NBN, particularly families,” Rob Appel, CEO at AusBBS, said in a statement.
“Often family members might want to download different videos at the same time, pushing data consumption up.”
While TPG has released unlimited plans on 12/1Mbps and Exetel offers unlimited off peak downloads on the NBN, AusBBS’ plan is the first unlimited plan which is not restricted by peak or off peak times across all speeds.
AusBBS also offered the first pay as you go NBN plans, with customers only paying for the amount of data they use.
Shortly after announcing the plans, AusBBS dropped the price of the plans due to negative feedback.
