In brief: Former Coca-Cola Amatil exec appointed Anittel chief

Vincent Pesquet appointed Anittel CEO

Inabox Group has appointed Vincent Pesquet as chief executive of its Anittel business, the ASX-listed telco wholesaler announced this morning.

Pesquet was formerly national sales execution manager in Coca-Cola Amatil's alcohol division.

"We chose Vincent because we wanted a highly effective manager who could implement a high-performing sales culture in the Anittel business, and who was specifically not from within the IT industry," Inabox CEO Damian Kay said in a statement.

"Anittel already has a number of excellent subject matter experts. We required a strong leader who could provide the Anittel business with new ideas, energy and direction."

Inabox completed its acquisition of Anittel on 1 January.

The acquisition involved $500,000 in cash and the issue of 6,153,846 Inabox shares to Anittel shareholders, with a further payment of up to $1.5 million potentially payable depending on Anittel's performance in the second half of FY 2015.

In the statement announcing the completion of the acquisition, the wholesaler said that Anittel's CEO, Peter Kazacos, would consult to Inabox on the integration of Anittel.
