Optus has restored services in NSW after customers had difficulty making calls on their landlines and mobile phones.
On Monday night, the telco carried out some upgrades to its network which caused the interruptions.
“Optus mobile and landline call services in NSW have now been restored. We will continue to monitor these services closely,” said a spokesperson.
“We apologise to customers and appreciate their patience.”
