iPlanet Web Server Boosts Java Performance

Faster, more scalable Java performance is the key to the latest Web server product from the Sun-Netscape Alliance. The iPlanet Web Server, Enterprise Edition 4.0, which began shipping Tuesday, is the successor to several generations of Netscape Web servers, but adds Java functionality from Sun, company officials said.
