Overview
In 2009 EDS business unit of HP changed its name to HP Enterprise Services. EDS was acquired by HP in the latter half of 2008. The name change emphasizes the business unit’s global role as the enterprise technology services component of HP’s portfolio. HP is a major player in the Australian global services market and has been here since 1985. HP Australia employs a workforce of more than 6,000 people and maintains offices in Adelaide, Burwood, Millers Point, Canberra, and Melbourne.
