In 2006 Lenovo technology supported the 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Torino, Italy, supplying 5,000 desktop PCs, 350 servers and 1,000 notebook computers. Lenovo also hosted seven Internet i.lounges for use by Olympic athletes and visitors.
Lenovo proudly provides equipment to the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula One team to serve as the technology backbone of their operations.
