Melbourne-based IT services company, UXC (ASX: UXC), has outlined its strategy to expand, following the decoupling of UXC’s IT business from the Field Solutions Group (FSG) and the sale of FSG to investment firm Cashel House for $61 million.
IT infrastructure and services businesses UXC Connect, Integ and XSI Data Solutions have been merged by parent company UXC Limited and now fall under the UXC Connect brand from July 1.
UXC (ASX:UXC) has picked up two Victorian public sector contract wins, securing managed IT infrastructure contracts for up to five years with the Victoria WorkCover Authority and the Transport Accident Commission.
