More than 1200 developers and technologists across Australia hacked away over a 48-hour period to produce innovative tools and apps at this year’s GovHack event, which took place 11-13 July.
The federal government has launched an online map of Australia that allows users to overlay geospatial datasets made available by agencies.
After more than 900 developers and 130 teams putting in 20,000 hours of research and development over 48 hours, the GovHack winners of 2013 have been announced.
