MNF Group, whose brands include MyNetFone and voice carrier Symbio Networks, will begin offering 3G and 4G services using Telstra’s mobile network.
MNF Group announced today that it had struck a deal with Telstra Wholesale that will allow it to sell the telco’s services to customers of its own wholesale business. The mobile services will be sold through the billing and provisioning platform iBoss, which MyNetFone acquired in 2014 after original operator ispONE collapsed.
“With more consumers bypassing the NBN and turning to ‘mobile-only’ as the alternative, we wanted to offer iBoss customers a go to market solution for reaching this growing consumer segment” said MNF Group CEO Rene Sugo said in a statement.
“For us, it’s not just about selling the services. Our iBoss mobile enablement platform provides the deep integration, automation and self-service capabilities to deliver a truly value-added solution that new market entrants are looking for.”
The company also plans to sell mobile services to retail customers.
MNF Group reported revenue of $161.2 million for the 12 months ending 30 June, up 88 per cent from the prior comparable period. FY16 net profit after tax was $9 million, on EBITDA of $17.8 million.
